Pre-screening assessment, clinical assessment and follow up report of findings.
SUBSEQUENT VISITS:
1 hour sessions repeated 1/2/3 x weekly for 12 weeks are recommended.
Assessments
Pre- and post-program assessments are offered at 12 weeks.
Reports
NDIS reports sent via email on request (fees apply). For NDIS reports, we ask that you request your report at least 1 month before report is due for submission.
